Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 7 October 2026.
This policy covers VR+ subscriptions and one-time gifts. It forms part of the Terms of use.
Cancelling VR+
Open the plans page to cancel, at any time. For a card subscription through Stripe, choose Manage billing and cancel there. For a Razorpay subscription, choose Cancel at the end of the cycle.
The provider makes no further charges. VR+ stays on until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and then your account returns to the free features. Everything you saved stays.
Refunds for VR+
The Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a refund if the service has a major problem. That right does not depend on this policy.
We also refund a first payment or a renewal on request within 14 days of the charge. This applies if you have not made substantial use of VR+ in that time. VR+ ends when we make the refund.
We do not refund the rest of a period after you cancel, unless the law requires it or we close the service.
Charges in error
If a provider charged you twice, or after you cancelled, write to us and we refund the extra charge in full.
Gifts
We do not normally refund a gift. If you gave by mistake, for example the wrong amount or twice, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account or on the payment. Give the date and amount of the charge, and the provider’s receipt or reference if you have it. We reply within 3 working days, from the same address.
How refunds are paid
We refund through the provider that took the payment, to the original card, bank account or UPI account, and by no other method. We return the full amount you paid.
Stripe says its refunds take 5 to 10 business days to reach a card. Razorpay says 5 to 7 working days for the original method. If your bank converted the currency, exchange rates can change the amount that arrives.
